The Silflex liquid waterproofing product range from Siltec provides a wide range of cold applied solutions for practically any type of waterproofing application. Typical applications include flat roofs, pitched roofs, terraces and balconies, gutters, water enclosures, plant/wet rooms and podiums.

Silflex F1 (Quick cure) – A fast curing, semi thixotropic, elastic, seamless, self-levelling and self-terminating polyurethane waterproofing. Suitable for new build and refurbishment in cold, warm and Inverted roof formats. Especially designed for applications at low temperatures.

Silflex SF (Solvent free) – A single component polyurethane waterproofing that is totally solvent free, non-flammable and non-ADR. Suitable for whenever a solvent free, very low odour system is required (enclosed areas, live buildings etc.)

Silflex K1 (Cold Flex) – A fast curing, elastic, seamless, self levelling and self terminating Polyurea compound for structural waterproofing of podiums, basements, plant rooms, wet enclosures and the like.

Silflex HR – An aliphatic waterproofing that can be used as an alternative second layer on top of Silflex F1. Silflex HR provides heat reduction to buildings with large flat roof surfaces by reflecting a high proportion of the sun’s radiation.
The Silflex Liquid Waterproofing systems can be installed in cold, warm and inverted roof formats. A range of primers allows flexibility of use to a variety of substrates including:
